Life Coach and Pastoral Counselling to victims of trauma and addiction

It is reported that "relapse in recovering addicts is generally driven by a combination of emotional, environmental, and social factors, rather than a single failing. Key underlying causes, according to the findings, include high stress levels, negative emotional states (anxiety, depression, anger), social pressure, exposure to familiar triggers (places/people), and poor coping skills". Rebirth Apostolic Ministries in partnership with the Christian Life-Coach and Counseling Centre provides the space to do so by providing Life-coaching and Pastoral Counselling to help with the integration process and thereby achieve a lasting recovery state.
